A brand new site here in Helmsley for an existing customer, saw us acquire the full floor preparation, Screed & laitance removal packages for 30 houses. On our first we visit we installed 100mm PIR insulation & 25mm EPS 70, with an 8mm perimeter expansion topped with visqueen to the 3 flats. Once all floor preparation was complete & door expansion joints fitted, CEMEX UK supplied 5m3 of their Anhydrite liquid screed.

A great floor finish perfect for most floor coverings. We returned a week later to remove the laitance shown in these photos.
